Returns Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or if you have changed your mind, then you may request a return and ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returning:
Customer pays for return postage.
We will not issue a refund for postage incurred at the time of sale.
The product must be in the same condition, as at the time of sale.
If you choose to return WITHOUT A REASON, a 10% restocking charge will apply.
Checking Warranty:
All electronics we sell are eligible for a 2-3 days checking warranty. The warranty starts from the time you have received your delivery.
Note: If the product suffers external damage, such as a fall, hit or break, the warranty will be void.
Damaged Items:
If your order has arrived in damaged condition or is faulty, contact us immediately. Here
Refund Options:
You can have your money back in your bank account, or we can issue store vouchers which you can use for later purchases.
